Returns & Refunds Policy

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Processing & International Shipping:
Please note that we operate as an international dropshipping store. Due to international shipping and supplier processing, return handling and refunds may take longer than local stores.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items:
Items marked as final sale, personalized products, and hygiene-related items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will provide a suitable solution.
